Yes! You do not need to be an advanced lifter to workout at Formula. If you are looking for equipment education or support while you train, checkout Formula Fundamentals or Match Me to a Coach.

Do I need to be a member to workout at Formula?

With the exclusive Formula membership you maximize your experience and results. Drop-In sessions are available to non-members for purchase.

What's included in my membership?

The Formula membership includes monthly packages of 75-minute sessions, semi-private gym access and dedicated equipment during your reservation time, exclusive private coaching rates, and one guest pass per month.

How do I book a session?

Once you’ve signed up and purchased a membership package or a Drop-In Session, you’ll be able to reserve any available time slot through the Formula Training App or Booking Page.

Can I bring a workout buddy?

The Formula membership plan includes one guest pass per month. After that, we encourage guests to sign up for their own membership package or purchase a Drop-In session. Each 75 minute time slot can accommodate up to 2 reservations. Family plans are available, please use our contact form for further inquiries.

Can the entire facility be reserved for private events?

Does Formula offer parking?

Two-hour free parking is conveniently located on-site in the Yardley parking lot. However, it is first-come first-serve with limited availability. Free two-hour street parking is also available.
